After a three-year hiatus, Zachary returned to Colorado State University, balancing full-time classes with roles as a supervisor at CooperSmiths Pub and a sous chef at a high-end Mexican restaurant. Armed with theoretical knowledge and practical experience, he emerged with a degree and a deep understanding of the intricacies of the hospitality industry.
Zachary’s journey continued in the vibrant city of Denver, where he assumed the role of assistant general manager at a tequila and taco bar. Overseeing daily operations, he navigated challenges with finesse, reinforcing his reputation as a leader with a knack for creating unforgettable experiences.
